This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The facilities were amazing, modern, and high-quality. The management was extremely helpful in arranging a beautiful evening for my mother and her husband, whom I was treating. They really went the extra mile to make it a wonderful stay. Shower was great with the waterfall shower head and we loved the lotion they had available for us. The beds were very comfortable. We also liked that they had a Chromecast with the TV so we could stream things that we wanted to watch if there wasn't anything we liked on the live TV channels.

wonderfully accommodating staff, the hotel feels like a resort as you have multiple restaurants to choose from, beautiful grounds, a glorious spa and fabulous gym. I could live here. it’s my second staycation and I look forward to my next.

Love the rooms; comfort of the beds; our coffee maker didn't work and the front desk sent someone ride it immediately; service from the valets to the front desk to the hostess in the restaurant - all provided excellent service! The best hotel gym as well! Food is great as well!

This hotel has everything I needed. Amazing restaurant, great bar/lounge. Coffee (caribou) + beautiful sitting area to enjoy. The SPA is top notch also the pool is great. There’s no need to leave unless you have an event. The rooms are so beautiful and relaxing.

A perfect hotel for a winter visit to Minnesota, when the weather can be bitterly cold. The MN Ice Festival was walking distance, and the onsite restaurants and bars were of very high quality. It was nice to have so many options under the same roof.

The quality of food at the restaurant was outstanding. The service at front desk, restaurant/bar, housekeeping was excellent as well. The location was great, away from noisy interstates and such.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was everytime I ran into one of them. The gentleman who was bartending even remembered my name the next day when he was working in the coffee bar. Even at the ember and ice restaurant the we ate at, every single employee would stop by to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything. I will be staying here again. Very clean, gorgeous building inside and out (especially at night) I wish I could have stayed longer.
