Bright and clean.

wonderfully accommodating staff, the hotel feels like a resort as you have multiple restaurants to choose from, beautiful grounds, a glorious spa and fabulous gym. I could live here. it’s my second staycation and I look forward to my next.

Love the rooms; comfort of the beds; our coffee maker didn't work and the front desk sent someone ride it immediately; service from the valets to the front desk to the hostess in the restaurant - all provided excellent service! The best hotel gym as well! Food is great as well!

A perfect hotel for a winter visit to Minnesota, when the weather can be bitterly cold. The MN Ice Festival was walking distance, and the onsite restaurants and bars were of very high quality. It was nice to have so many options under the same roof.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was everytime I ran into one of them. The gentleman who was bartending even remembered my name the next day when he was working in the coffee bar. Even at the ember and ice restaurant the we ate at, every single employee would stop by to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything. I will be staying here again. Very clean, gorgeous building inside and out (especially at night) I wish I could have stayed longer.
