Omni Viking Lakes

wonderfully accommodating staff, the hotel feels like a resort as you have multiple restaurants to choose from, beautiful grounds, a glorious spa and fabulous gym. I could live here. it’s my second staycation and I look forward to my next.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was everytime I ran into one of them. The gentleman who was bartending even remembered my name the next day when he was working in the coffee bar. Even at the ember and ice restaurant the we ate at, every single employee would stop by to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything. I will be staying here again. Very clean, gorgeous building inside and out (especially at night) I wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a light dinner and cocktails at Ember and Ice. The food and beverages were very good, and the staff was very friendly and gave excellent service!

Stayed there twice one time on a week day not so busy and it was nice lived up to expectations stayed there on a weekend and it was like a childrens resort didn’t live up to hype the restaurant food wasn’t as good and the service there sucked and the lady that check me in wasn’t so bright lack of common sense and kinda rude

The property is excellent. Everything is meticulous. If it’s enough for Zygi to build and for the Vikings to stay there you know it’s pretty darn good. We think it’s the best hotel in MN.
