I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was everytime I ran into one of them. The gentleman who was bartending even remembered my name the next day when he was working in the coffee bar. Even at the ember and ice restaurant the we ate at, every single employee would stop by to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything. I will be staying here again. Very clean, gorgeous building inside and out (especially at night) I wish I could have stayed longer.

Stayed there twice one time on a week day not so busy and it was nice lived up to expectations stayed there on a weekend and it was like a childrens resort didn’t live up to hype the restaurant food wasn’t as good and the service there sucked and the lady that check me in wasn’t so bright lack of common sense and kinda rude

Beautiful Hotel in great location! Just minutes from Airport, dining, and shopping. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. I plan to make this my go-to Hotel for sure when visiting the Twin Cities. All the staff were friendly and professional. Also, LOVED the purple lights on exterior at night. Go Vikings!!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The facilities were amazing, modern, and high-quality. The management was extremely helpful in arranging a beautiful evening for my mother and her husband, whom I was treating. They really went the extra mile to make it a wonderful stay.
